I like old movies, horror, action, comedy and dystopian societal based movies and TV shows. I’m into pretty much any music genre but mainly listen to classic rock such as Queen, ACDC, Bon Jovi, Green Day and Led Zeppelin. I also like listening to movie soundtracks from movies such as: The Shining, A Clockwork Orange, Saw, Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas among others. I love video games; first-hand shooter games, racing, horror, movie based and renewed games such as Spyro and Crash Bandicoot are my favourite.
I admire Quentin Tarantino, Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorsese, Tim Burton, Charlie Chaplin and Steven Spielberg as creators and directors. I also admire Angelina Jolie, Heath Ledger, Noel Fielding, Russel Brand, Jim Carrey, Terry Crews, Tom Hanks, Evan Peters, Leonardo DiCaprio, Will Smith and Margot Robbie as actors. I admire and respect all musicians for putting their creativity out into the world with confidence, most of the time sharing something deeply personal to them through their music – something I could never do.
I’ve been making media ever since I was 10 years old and discovered different ways to use technology to create media. I’ve always loved creating videos, adding effects and recording different audios, layering different things to create something brand new
I’m studying media this year because it’s something I enjoy doing and I want to gain qualifications to progress to a career involving creative media skills in the future.
My first choice for next year would be gaining access to an apprenticeship with my level 2 qualifications working with film and TV or publication media. My second choice would be to progress to a level 3 course specialising in Film and TV.
My hopes for the future are to work in the creative media industry, hopefully in Film and TV or media publication such as newspapers, YouTube or advertisement.
I have a passion for cars and motorbikes, their performance and inner workings. I love playing video games, writing creative stories and poetry, playing basketball, skateboarding and cooking.
